2.5 miles in 24:58. My only goal was to run this distance in under 25 minutes. So that meant running at 9 mph at the end because i had to walk earlier in the run due to massive side stitches. Bleck! But i did it! :)

First time doing power cleans. I love olympic day. *So I’ve been watching tutorials on proper form and i now know i need to work on racking up onto my shoulders, while making sure my elbows are up. But i think I did good for my first day! Haha it was my “learning day” where we just practiced on form.

I’m going to start doing a lot more power lifting. Most importantly doing deadlifts, squats, and olympic day (ill explain what that is later. Matts making me a new routine tonight. I’m excited :)
