    Hey! Thanks for visiting my blog :) I hope you enjoy reading it just as much as I’ve enjoyed creating it, and feel free to ask any questions that may come to mind!

    However, I do have a guideline for what is to be put into my ask box. Firstly, I am not a physician, dietition, or personal trainer. I have read a fair share of articles and do my best to post what I’ve come to know as healthy and beneficial, but of course I will make mistakes. All of this means is that I will not answer questions asking about your weight or height. As soon as I see those parameters in your question, it will most likely be deleted.

    I don’t mean to seem harsh (I swear I’m really nice), but these questions should be answered by a doctor. Not me.

    Also, I will not answer questions about losing muscle mass. I have no interest in that, so no, I will not promote it or give you “tips” to do so. It baffles me that girls would want to lose muscle mass, since all I’m trying to do is gain. Therefore, you can find answers to that elsewhere. 

    Once again, I don’t mean to seem mean! I swear! I love receiving questions and comments from you guys! :) But since I get so many messages, I need to filter them a bit. I hope you understand.
