i always find it odd “healthy” frozen dinners like lean cuisine, healthy choice, smart ones, etc.. are suppose to be somewhat healthier but when their product contains noodles, why aren’t they whole wheat? or how in seventeen magazine they always have recipes and such but they rarely will tell you to eat whole wheat/grain pasta or bread. idk it’s just weird lol.
I hate Seventeen mag. If you want good nutrition tips, pick up Oxygen mag. For frozen dinners, Kashi and Amy’s are the way to go. Or make your own!

They’ve also usually got ten tonnes of sodium in them too, something people often overlook because they’re “healthy”.
